This project locates in the south Lion Grove Road of Hebei District in Tianjin, the core section of Tianjin, which is the intersection of ocean and river. This section brings together the area of Tianjin Italian-Australian-style zone, the eye of Tianjin, Old City, Haihe cultural street, and the historical culture building of Wanghailou Catholic Church, Temple of Great Compassion, former residence of Feng Guozhang, Yuan Shikai, Liang Qichao, and Li Shutong. The total area of structure of this project is 4,881,000 square meters. The first period of the project serves as business part, including 5A-grade office building, large-scale business center, international luxury brands business street, intercontinental brand 5-star hotel and superior movie theater. The second period serves as high-end urban garden residence, including multilayer and high-rise garden house. Every functional module will serve to the whole Tianjin city area. Depending on the hotel and business products, it will enhance the communication and promote the economy of Hebei and Hedong District. 5A-grade high-end office building will become the only Haihe view working zone in Tianjin urban area. When it is completed, it is going to stimulate the office building market in Tianjin, and become the core business section in Tianjin.
